Mailing of certified translations
Many of our clients pick up their certified translations in one of three locations in Florida and New York, while others take delivery of PDF documents through email.
A large number of clients prefers to receive their documents at home.
Since last year, we no longer send documents by regular mail, for we have found a deterioration of this particular method of delivery. We do send documents via Priority Mail, and a fee of US$5.00 is charged. Priority Mail cannot be traced.Clients that need faster service may request Fedex service next day (starts at US$37.00) and Express Mail (US$19.00). Fedex is more reliable, however, double the price of Express Mail. Both shipping methods are subject to tracing. Multiple document translations might cost more than the figures mentioned above. Next day service is not available in all USA locations. Saturday delivery is much more expensive, and Sunday delivery, not available.
